Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Range Beauty products are specially formulated in partnership with cosmetic chemists for acne and eczema-prone skin. This makes them great for sensitive skin and also beneficial for all skin types. For our ultra-sensitve Beauties, we always recommend a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider if there are concerns.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely yes to both! Our ingredients are vegan-friendly and why test on animals with so many humans in the world :)
Are your products fragrance or gluten-free?
Yes! Our products do not contain fragrance or gluten. They are also free of parabens, phthalates, sulfate, talc, bismuth oxychloride, triclosan, and GMOs.
Are your products considered clean?
Yes, we are certified clean by Target and also abide by other global standards.
Are your products preganancy-safe?
Though nothing in our formulas have been identified as unsafe for those who are pregnant, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before usage if there is concern.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders placed F-SU will ship on Monday. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. Please check your spam folder if one wasn't received.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status on your account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Range Beauty is not responsible for any import taxes and or customs duties.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please reach out to us within 1 hour at email@example.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be made after an order is placed.
Can you reship my order?
Range Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments upon delivery. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please make sure to double-check the “ship to” address! If a package is returned, you will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We currently allow exchanges for shades or returns within 15 days of receiving your order. This policy excludes foundation samples and only applies to full-size items. For returns, you can select a full refund or store credit. To start your return, please begin here.
